In order to provide our guest with added security and confidence, we are associated with several well known travel booking websites. Depending on our guest's preference, they can book directly with us, or through one of these sites.

 

All options on these sites can be customized to provide our guests with the personal tour experience they desire.

Day Tours

For day tours we operate out of George, however we can also do pickups from Mossel Bay, Wilderness, Sedgefield, Knysna or Plettenberg Bay.

 

Primarily we do our bookings for day tours through the Tour By Locals website.

Multi Day Tours

For our multi day tours we operate operate between Cape Town and Port Elizabeth, and can arrange tour from one city to the other and in either direction.

 

Based on the need of our guests we arrange accomodation in 3 to 4 star guest houses, and we plan our routes to allow for added activities, or just some extra leisure time. Ideally we offer 5 day / 4 night or 4 day / 3 night schedules in order to maximize the time our guest have to experience the beautiful Garden Route and Klein Karoo areas.

 

Primarily we do our bookings for multi day tours directly or through the Trip Advisor or Tour Radar websites.

General Terms and Conditions

Route may change depending weather, individual requirements and any unforeseen circumstances or natural disasters.

A 50% deposit is require to guarantee space on the tour of your choice

Guests are required to carry their own personal travel insurance.

South Cape Expeditions will not be liable for any loss of personal property.

For most adventure activities closed toed shoes, eg. sneakers, are recommended.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation, the following rules shall apply :

More than 30 days prior to start of tour: 0% Cancellation Fee

More than 7 days prior to start of tour: 50% Cancellation Fee

Less than 7 days prior to start of tour: 100% Cancellation Fee
